Abstract:Methods and systems are provided for a device having a first member and a second member coupled to the first member where the second member is configured to modify a configuration of a human or animal orifice or conduit. In some embodiments, the first member is a shaft and the second member is an inflatable membrane system configured to facilitate inflation or deflation of the inflatable membrane system. In some embodiments, the first member is a U-shaped member with end members configured for insertion to an internal nasal valve. Other embodiments are disclosed.
