Abstract:
A care plan management system () includes a server () including a content database () containing care management-related content including multiple revisions of at least some said content. Each content revision is tagged with temporal content revision information. A care plans storage () stores a plurality of patient care plans () associated with corresponding patients. Each patient care plan includes a selection of care management-related content to be presented to the patient, and a revision policy indicating which temporal revision of said content should be presented. User interfaces () are operatively connected with a communication interface () of the server () to receive and present the selected care management-related content.
Protein Expression System Arrays And Use In Biological Screening
The present invention relates to the generation of an array of protein expression systems for parallel in vitro screening of small molecule libraries, protein or peptide libraries, or other protein-binding components. In an aspect, the invention provides a spatially defined array of protein expression systems comprising: (a) a substrate; (b) a binding surface which covers some or all of the substrate surface; and (c) a plurality of discrete protein expression systems arranged in discrete positions on portions of said substrate covered by said binding surface. Also described are method of using the array for the rapid identification of compounds of able to interact with proteins expressed by any given array.

Abstract:
A care plan management system () includes storage () containing (i) care management-related content () and (ii) a patient care plan () including at least a schedule for presenting selected care management-related content. A user interface () is configured to receive and present care management-related content. At least one processor () communicates with the storage and the user interface. The at least one processor is configured to communicate care management-related content to the user interface in accordance with the patient care plan and to automatically adjust the schedule of the patient care plan to free up a selected time period ().

Abstract:
A risk assessment input terminal () displays a risk assessment template (FIG. ) through which risk assessment information is entered of each of a plurality of patients. A care plan processor () assembles intervention or goal modules from a module memory () into care plans for the patients which are stored in a patient file memory (). Portions of a patient's care plan that are to be delivered to a patient each day are supplied over an electronic network () to a patient terminal () for display. Some of the modules also call for tasks to be performed. The tasks to be performed each day are retrieved by a work flow processor () and delivered to a plurality of care professional workstations (). Care plan professionals complete the open tasks or transfer open tasks to another care professional and close the completed tasks. A report generator () generates various reports.
