About:
Let me start by saying that I am a Realtor in the Greater Tampa Bay Area as well as surrounding area because I love Real Estate! It is one of my passions. I love the idea of selling in South Tampa, Carrollwood, Westchase, Odessa, Brandon, Riverview, New Tampa, Pinellas and Pasco Counties. It is so much fun selling real estate in an area with so many great things to do. The area offers something for everyone. The Greater Tampa Bay Area is so lucky to have the Lighting for Hockey, the Bucs for NFL Football, University of South Florida for college games, as well as the Rays for Baseball and also being the home to owner and managers of the New York Yankees and last but not least Tampa is the home of well known golf tournaments. We also have the beaches with the very most beautiful sunsets and our annual Gasparilla the last two weekends in January (yes the city is taken over by Jose Gaspar, the Pirate) and we have Spring Training in the Spring (we are the Grapefruit League and Tampa is always on the tour schedule for awesome concerts and a Performing Arts Center which makes you feel as though you were on Broadway in New York City. I became a Realtor many years ago after being relocated to the Greater Tampa Bay Area. I had been relocated several times with my husband’s company and found I had a gift for helping others relocate to the area and so I became a Certified Relocation Consultant. It’s easy to find an area but more importantly Realtors need to find the neighborhood that is right for the new buyer. The only successful way to do this is to get to know your clients and each member of the family, even Spot the dog, and Mitten the kitten. If you have a horse, we need to talk. There’s an area for that also. I have been married for 23 years to the same man and have 2 children, a son who is off to college in September and a daughter who will be a junior in High School in September. Tampa is our last move and we feel very lucky to have ended up in such a wonderful area with so many things to do at our fingertips. Having had a boy and a girl when we moved here, as a mother, I had to find the best fit for schools and each of their extracurricular activities as well as new friends for myself. This job as a mother became my passion to be a Realtor who can successfully help families relocate to a large geographical area but more importantly to a neighborhood where each member of the family can succeed. As a Certified Relocation Consultant for the Greater Tampa Bay Area, I love keeping up with what is going on with the public schools, the private schools, and all the other very important little details that make the Greater Tampa Bay Area and then the local neighborhood a success for each member of the family. It takes a lot of time and education to keep up with the happenings of the area, but let me assure you, that I love getting outside the box to make families love the Greater Tampa Bay Area and make it a wonderful home for all. As I always say, I love turning houses into homes
