I homeschooled my kids when it wasn't legal or even fully accepted. I would lobby and fight for the rights of our kids and now today I am blessed with three very successful adults. Over the years I have held numerous jobs and positions. I have my Master Barber Licence, Realtors Licence and I am Certified as a Para Educator. I was a foster parent and seved on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Colfax. I served on the Board for the Iowa Sunday School Association for a number of years. And I am a proud member of the Blue and Gold Alumni. I was a Prayer Counselor for the Pat Roberts 700 Club for 5 years. And now I am enjoying life and just trying to bring a little joy everywhere I go.
