I have worked full time in real estate estate since 2000. I started out working at Re/Max selling residential real estate. In 2005 I was recruited by a well known real estate developer in manage a new real estate company in Denver and oversee a sales team of agents selling high end condominium units in a large downtown development. With the collapse of the housing market, I was forced to move away from large development real estate and go back to single family homes sales with real estate investors. We created Cygnus Real Estate and I am the managing broker. In 2011, my husband and I decided to move back to our home state of Michigan and expand the broker. My niece now runs our Denver office and we have opened a new office in Suttons Bay. We have family in Suttons Bay and have spend many summers here in the past. About:

Carole started out with a RE/Max real estate brokerage and gained a great deal of experience in all phases of residential real estate sales from primary homes, to investment properties to "fix-n-flips." Following which, she was recruited by a well known local real estate developer in the Denver market and spent 3 years working with the development team and managing the sales staff for our Residential Mixed Use developments. Greg's background is in software development, web applications and management. He managed a team of developers at University Hospital who were responsible for client deliverables for the various ongoing research projects. Greg meet Carole in 2006 and they began formulating ideas about a new residential real estate style of brokerage utilizing cutting edge internet technology. In 2007, they opened a boutique style real estate brokerage with the goal of working with other real estate developers-small and large-experienced and not. Being located in the Santa Fe Art's District they have focused on real estate and development opportunities there as well as other parts of the city. Adapting to the new real estate environment they have branched out into short sales and have a near perfect success record, as well as continuing to practice residential owner occupied real estate, both resale of existing product and new development-in foreclosure or not. In January 2012, Cygnus Real Estate expands its real estate territory by opening a new branch office in the resort community of Suttons Bay, MI.
