I enjoy working with clients and showing Buyers property. . Whether it's a first time home buyer, a home owner wanting to move up, or an investor looking for property to renovate and flip, I can help you. As with all my clients, I try to help them understand the process from the beginning call through the lender, inspections, appraisal, and to the close of the transaction. If the client understands the process, they feel more comfortable about it. I want you to have a total understanding of each transaction. If you don't understand something, we stop, go through a short question and answer session and we move onto the next item. For my Seller Clients, I try to provide as much information at listing time as possible. I also provide ongoing support weekly with Client updates sent each week so they know exactly what is going on with their property The client updates provide appointments, advertisements, my functions on their property, web reviews and web blogs, etc. I try to let them know where their properties are listed on the internet.
