David and Madeleine Basham met in Los Angeles California and was married in 1997. They soon developed an interest in remodeling homes and became successful in that endeavor. In 2001, they moved to Englewood Florida in South West Florida on the Emerald Waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Soon after arriving, they became licensed Broker Realtors and in 2003 opened Lemon Bay Realty. They quickly got involved in the community with David serving on the Board of Directors of the Englewood Area Board of Realtors for 7 years, including as President in 2013. Madeleine is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Over the years they have sold millions of dollars of real estate from Los Angeles to Miami, working with local and international buyers from around the world.
