David P. Crowell has over 30 years of leadership and management experience, including 20 years in the management of performance excellence. Dave was a senior quality executive for three Fortune 200 firms (IBM, NCR, and EG&G) before co-founding his own consulting company in 1995. He has extensive experience in the areas of finance, economics, leadership development, continuous improvement, ethics, team development, innovation, policies and procedures, and international business. David has a Master of Science, Business Policy (strategic planning and governance) from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and undergraduate business degrees from the University of Minnesota and the University of Toledo. He was Lead Faculty, Affiliate MBA Professor, Course Consultant, and Online MBA Program Professor for the School for Professional Studies at Regis University. David has been active in real estate sales, construction, home staging, and other related activities since the early 1980s. He was Process and Systems Manager for Aristocrat Technologies, Director of Training and Development for Perini Building Company and was a member of the EG&G Technical Advisory Board at Kennedy Space Center. David has been a business consultant to the Unites States Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and ten other federal agencies. He has international business experience in 22 countries.
