Gov. Scott won't release Florida inmate with leukemia
Scott declined to commute the sentence of Deborah Turner, 34, after parole officials assured him she was getting adequate treatment for her leukemia. She's currently due for release in three years on a series of burglary and theft convictions in St. Johns County.
