Debra started in commercial real estate in February of 1980 with Rental Man, Inc. in Fort Myers as an owner representative, responsible for the leasing and management of over 777,000 square feet of commercial space, consisting of storage facilities, shopping centers, flex space and several restaurants. She holds a brokers license as well as several professional designations, including the coveted CCIM, or Certified Commercial Investment Member, which recognizes her as an expert in commercial real estate investments. She also holds the designation of RPA or Real Property Administrator from BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). Debra is trained to analyze a building in its entirety; providing assistance to owners with building systems design, leasing, management, risk reduction and financial management. Debra also holds the designation of CLA or Certified Legal Assistant, from the National Association of Legal Assistants.In 1991, Debra was named Member of the Year for Southwest Florida's BOMA Chapter. Debra attends many hours of continuing education each year, keeping abreast of the ever changing commercial real estate industry. Originally from Huron County Michigan she has been a resident of Lee County, Florida since 1968 and has seen the growth and changes and has astute knowledge of the Southwest Florida market.
