In my personal life, I am a father of two wonderful children, Kyle Jordan (11) and Victoria Rose (7). I am lucky in the fact that I got to marry my best friend, Kimberly Ann. We have been together for over eleven years and we have called Edmond our home for the last six. In January of 2003, I passed the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission state test and became a Provisional Sales Associate. In that same month, knowing that I wanted to build a future in real estate, I joined the National Association of REALTORS® and became a Certified Instructor with the Oklahoma Board of REALTORS. Using the same marketing strategy that I had developed and taught all over the country for over two years, I landed my first client within 15 days of having my license and helped them buy their dream home and sold the home where they were currently living - in less than seven days. This experience and the understanding of the real estate process lead me to building a career helping families and individuals achieve their goals in home ownership and property investment. From buying or selling their first home to helping their friends and family achieve their dream to find a home, I can help. My interests include: Teaching new Realtors how to build a successful real estate business and practice for themselves. Travel to our favorite destination, Cozumel, Mexico. I am an avid ocean enthusiast and I love golf and having friends over for barbeques by our pool in the summer.

Abstract:
A distribution transformer (58) is assembled using a core (18) having a core surface (36) including an inner circumferential surface (40) defining an open eye region (38), an outer circumferential surface (42), and end surfaces (24, 26). Wedged-shaped core supports (20, 22), secured to the end surfaces of the core, are used to support the core during conductor winding operations and to mount the finished transformer within a transformer container (66). The core supports do not extend into the open eye region and allow virtually the entire inner circumferential surface to be covered by the electrical conductors (34, 56). The layers of electrical conductors are wound on top of one another so that each successive layer of electrical conductors conforms to the core surface and any previously wound conductors. Electrical insulation (54) is provided between each conductor layer.

Abstract:
Core support blockings (10, 12) used to support a toroidal transformer (2) within a transformer housing (4) includes a pie-shaped body (28) having a second end (32) secured to the transformer core (14) using an adhesive (41). The body has adhesive flow regions, typically countersunk holes (42) passing through mounting flanges (38, 40) extending laterally adjacent the second end of the body. Electrical windings (26) can be wound on first end of the mounting flanges so to help mechanically secure the body to the core. A mounting stud (46), or other mounting element, is used to secure the transformer to a support bracket (8). Together the support bracket and core support blockings are used to support the transformer within the transformer housing.

Abstract:
Insulation tubing (66) having adjustable dimensions is disclosed. The insulation tubing has an outer tubular wall that defines a central opening for receiving the core (4) and windings (8) of a partially assembled toroidal transformer. The wall is formed by preformed sections (44, 62) of electrical insulating material (10-20). The preformed sections have overlapping surfaces that are slidably positioned relative to one another. In this way, the extent of the surfaces that overlap can be changed to alter the size of the opening such that conductive windings (8) of various sizes and configurations can be accommodated.
