Abstract:

Disclosed is an isolated antigen binding protein, such as but not limited to, an antibody or antibody fragment. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments comprising the antigen binding protein, isolated nucleic acid encoding it, vectors, host cells, and hybridomas useful in methods of making it. In some embodiments the antigen binding protein comprises one to twenty-four pharmacologically active chemical moieties conjugated thereto, such as a pharmacologically active polypeptide.

Assays and reagents for the determination of factors involved in fibrinolysis, wherein the assays involve the measurement of detectably labelled fibrin products which are released after digestion of a labelled fibrin complex prepared by adding soluble fibrinogen to solid-phase fibrinogen in the presence of thrombin, at least one of the fibrinogens being labelled. The label is preferably an enzyme label.

Abstract:

Assays and reagents for the direct determination of blood factors, as well as complementary methods and reagents for determining such blood factors and haptens, antigens and receptors. The methods involve clot formation due to thrombin activated fibrin formation from insolubilized fibrogen and labeled solubilized fibrogen. Insolubilized label can be determined prior to or after clot formation.
