Abstract:

A process and system of supplying information between a visited physical location and a user includes providing to a user a portable device having a device identification code stored on or in the portable device, associating an identity of the user with the device identification code of the portable device, disposing a reader within or near a physical location, the reader having an associated reader identification code, visiting by the user of the physical location, reading by the reader of the device identification code stored on or in the portable device, supplying to a control center the reader identification code and the device identification code of the portable device read by the reader, and supplying by the control center to the physical location the identity of the user associated with the supplied device identification code.

Abstract:

In a system including a plurality of diverse semiconductor manufacturing facilities, each of the facilities having a respective manufacturing process requiring semiconductor specific design information in a corresponding diverse format, a method for supplying data to each of the facilities in an appropriate format includes establishing a database for each of the plurality of facilities, the database identifying the appropriate format for each of the facilities. The method also includes receiving semiconductor specific design information and converting the design information in accordance with the appropriate format for one of selected ones of the facilities.
