Description:
My focus is to provide the results that satisfy the goals of my clients. Sellers often want a transaction where items such as additional moving time or extended escrow is as important to them as price. Buyers, in this competitive market, often need to focus upon the monthly payment they can afford rather than the price of a property. My background is Real Estate and Loans, in addition to the fact that I used to be a Carpenter, often provides that extra "boost" that helps to close a transaction. Every single transaction in which I participate is 100% ethical, follows current regulations, and provides my clients with the highest level of risk management I can provide. I encourage all of my clients whether to selling or purchasing a home to purchase, read, and understand all inspections, disclosures, and documents available. Finally, all of my clients participate in a review of the major contract/disclosure forms they will need to complete in a transaction as soon as they choose to work with me. This allows us all to focus upon negotiations to achieve results as soon as an offer becomes active. Thank you for considering me as your Realtor.

Cluster Head Resignation To Improve Routing In Mobile Communication Systems

A communications system for communication among plural stations in a network has stations (CH , CM , CM , CH , CH , CM , CM ) arranged in clusters ( ) of communication member stations, each communicating with each other. One of the member stations (CH , CH , CH ) is a head station of the cluster. The cluster head stations (CH , CH , CH ) communicate with other cluster head stations (CH , CH , CH ). A method for configuring the network of stations includes a step of operating at least a first (CH ) and a second (CH ) station of the plural stations as cluster head stations, the first (CH ) and second (CH ) stations forming a communications link. The method also includes a step to resign the first (CH ) station from operating as a cluster head station when a predetermined resignation condition is met. The method also includes a step of maintaining the communication link between the first (CH ) and second (CH ) station as the first station (CH ) transitions from operating as a cluster head station (CH ) to operating as a cluster member station (CM ) of a cluster headed by the second cluster head station (CH ).

Abstract:
A network for routing packets includes multiple nodes. A first node has a direct link to a second node. The first node receives a packet and identifies a primary next hop to which to transmit the packet ( ). The primary next hop identifies at least the second node. The first node transmits the packet to the second node ( ), determines whether the transmission was successful ( ), and identifies at least a third node when the transmission to the second node was unsuccessful. The first node identifies the third node by: finding a node in the network that has a direct link to both the first and second nodes ( ); identifying at least one alternate next hop, assuming that the link between the first and second nodes is unavailable, determining the cost associated with each of the alternate next hops, and selecting one of the alternate next hops based on the determined cost ( ); or retrieving a predetermined alternate next hop from a forwarding table stored by the first node ( ). The first node then transmits the packet to the third node for forwarding to the second node ( ).

Abstract:
A communication system has stations arranged in clusters of member stations, each of which communicates with the other member stations. One member station is a head station of the cluster that communicates with head stations of other clusters. The stations are configured by determining the communication state between a station and one or more cluster head stations. The station is assigned to at least one cluster when a prescribed communication state has been determined between the station and the cluster head station. The station is set to be in independent communication with the one or more cluster head stations which have the prescribed communication state with the station.

Abstract:
A system tests the protocols for a network containing a group of network devices. The system includes a simulation controller () that transmits network configuration information during the protocol testing and one or more nodes (-to -N) that emulate a network device, receive the network configuration information from the simulation controller (), and perform one or more operations in response thereto. The system also includes an analysis device () that monitors and analyzes the nodes (-to -N) during the protocol testing.
Using Direct Cluster Member To Cluster Member Links To Improve Performance In Mobile Communication Systems
William S. Passman - Lexington MA, US Joseph J. Weinstein - Somerville MA, US John R. Zavgren - Acton MA, US Brig Barnum Elliott - Arlington MA, US Keith W. Manning - Arlington MA, US Joanna Kulik - Somerville MA, US
A communications system has stations arranged in clusters (and ) of communication member stations (CM, CM, CM and CM), with one member station (CH, CH or CH) in each cluster being a head station for the cluster. Each member station (CM, CM, CM and CM) communicates with the network through a cluster head station (CH, CH or CH). The cluster head stations (CH, CH and CH) communicate among other cluster head stations (CH, CH and CH). A mobile communications station (e. g. , CM) evaluates a beacon message received from a first member station (e. g. , CM) of the plurality of mobile stations through a transceiver. The station CM also determines whether to communicate with the first member station CM directly or to communicate with the first member station CM by forwarding messages through a cluster head station CH that is affiliated to the mobile communications station CM.

Abstract:
In a radio network having plural routers (), each router includes a routing table (). Link state information of the network that has been forwarded to the router is received and used to determine the connections in the network. The determined network connections are collected to generate network topology information which is placed in the routing table (). The network topology information is retrievable for inclusion in messages forwarded by the receiving router.
