Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable automated identification of restrictions on reversals of data entries by receiving location data from a computing device associated with a user, and utilizing a data profile classification machine learning model to classify a particular data profile according to a data profile classification type based at least in part on a history of data entries associated with the particular data profile when the physical location is within a predetermined proximity of another physical location associated with the particular data profile. A reversal rate of data entries in the history of data entries is determined for the particular data profile. An electronic activity reversal restriction is determined where the reversal rate is below a predetermined value, and a pop-up notification is presented on the computing device notifying the user of the electronic activity reversal restriction of the particular data profile.
Using Proof Of Purchase For Multifactor Authentication
Multifactor authentication techniques described herein may allow a user to submit a recent proof of purchase as a part of a multifactor authentication process to access an account associated with a financial institution. As part of the login process, the user may submit a proof of purchase associated with a transaction. The financial institution may determine information associated with the transaction, such as a merchant associated with the proof of purchase, a time of the transaction, the last four numbers of the transaction card used, a dollar amount, or any combination thereof. If the information matches one or more records in the transaction history of the user's account, the financial institution may authenticate the user and provide access to the account. In this way, the financial institution may leverage transaction history known to the financial institution and the user to authenticate the user.

The one or more machine learning models may be trained and/or used to recommend a communication protocol for sending a reminder to the user such that the user is predicted to be more likely to complete an action by the action's deadline. Systems and methods of the present disclosure include computer processing resources to enable automated detection of recurring data records for predicting recurring and future data records including receiving a data record history comprising historical data records having a quantity attribute, a date attribute, and an entity attribute. A record pattern machine learning model engine is utilized to identify a recurring data record pattern including a cadence of recurrence for a set of recurring data records of a particular entity based on historical data records. The most recent historical data record of the recurring data records is determined and a recurrence prediction service is utilized to predict of a future data record based on the cadence and the most recent historical data record. A future data record recommendation is generated for a future action that matches the quantity attribute and of the entity attribute of the recurring data records.

Systems as described herein may enhance merchant databases using crowdsourced browser data. An electronic payment server may receive cache information associated with the first transaction from a browser extension. The electronic payment server may retrieve a transaction record for a second transaction in a transaction database, wherein the first transaction matches with the second transaction. The electronic payment server may update a merchant record in a private merchant database with a friendly merchant name based on the cache information. Upon determining that the merchant record in the private merchant database exceeds a threshold confidence level, the merchant record may be promoted to a trustworthy database, and the friendly merchant name may be presented to a user device.

A device receives third-party boycott data associated with a merchant, and receives customer preference data associated with a customer of the merchant. The device processes the third-party boycott data and the customer preference data, with a machine learning model, to identify a boycott of the merchant that is predicted to be of interest to the customer. The device provides, to a user device of the customer, information identifying the boycott of the merchant and information that solicits the customer to indicate whether the customer desires to join the boycott, and receives, from the user device, information indicating that the customer desires to join the boycott. The device causes a transaction account associated with the customer to be restricted from a transaction with the merchant when the information indicates that the customer desires to join the boycott.
A wearable transaction device may include a housing, a fastener component attached to the housing, and an electronic chip secured within the housing. The wearable transaction device may detect a connection with a user device, and receive, from the user device and via the connection, security information for operating the wearable transaction device. The security information may indicate one or more conditions for placing the wearable transaction device in a payment mode or a non-payment mode. The wearable transaction device may receive a request to perform the transaction, and determine, based on the security information, whether the wearable transaction device is in the payment mode or the non-payment mode. The wearable transaction device may selectively perform the transaction based on whether the wearable transaction device is in the payment mode or the non-payment mode.
