About:
Born on Hope Street in downtown Los Angeles, Kat was raised in the heart of the city and draws on her in-depth knowledge of the metropolitan area, the surrounding communities and the region to represent her sellers and buyers with seasoned experience and skill. Kat’s passion for architecture led her to launch her real estate career in 1996. Since then, she has successfully closed over 600 transactions throughout Southern California, from single family homes and condominiums to income and commercial properties. As an experienced asset manager and foreclosure specialist who oversees investor portfolios and works directly with banks, Kat has fine-tuned her marketing and negotiation skills and has assured expertise in rent control, property management, foreclosures and short sales. Since success often depends on being able to respond to unexpected developments as they arise, Kat is a valuable asset to her clients. She consistently is able to foresee challenges before they become issues and orchestrate solutions that work for all parties involved. In today’s complicated, highly competitive real estate market, Kat’s exceptional skills are more appreciated than ever by her buyers and sellers, who look to her to guide them through critical personal and economic decisions of their lives. She’s committed to making every client a “client for life”, and it shows — not only in the rewarding results she obtains for them, but in the hallmark personal service she provides every step of the way. 2nd Generation Native to Los Angeles, mother of two grown children, grandmother to an adorable little girl.
