In 2005 I walked neighborhoods and knocked on doors looking for anyone that wanted to buy or sell a house. As I listed those houses for sale, I continued knocking on doors. My first 6 months in the business I sold 31 homes! Within the 1st 6 months I had achieved Masters Level as an Agent and was Ranked in the Top 20 for Century 21 for the entire state of North Carolina. Then in 2006, as the market was slowing down I turned my focus to helping sellers that previously could not get their houses sold. I sold 44 homes in 2006, received the Centurion Award, and was ranked in the Top 10 for the entire state of North Carolina. Since then I have continued to excel in this market and have been a Top Producer while providing exceptional Quality Service.
