Preston is currently working with Realty ONE Group as a Commercial Real Estate Agent and is in the final phases of master planning a 330 acre industrial park called Moapa Industrial Park in Moapa, NV. He has been responsible for the concept of the Park, working with engineering firms on planning the infrastructure and road placement, subdividing the Park, working with Union Pacific Railroad on the rail spur, facilitating the purchase of adjacent parcels and handling all of the sales and marketing for the Park. Shawn is a licensed real estate agent in Nevada, is active in his community by serving on his HOA Board of Directors, helps with Habitat for Humanity and aids in fundraisers for American Cancer Society.
