Skills:
Three years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities specified, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Typing 35 wpm,Internet research and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel experience required. Knowledge of project management principles and practices and workforce development experience desired. Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to draft plans using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, or through electronic means. Friendly, customer-oriented team player who possesses 3 1/2 years customer service experience. Self-motivated and dedicated to completing tasks and obtaining established goals. Posses the ability to build a report with customers and resolve conflict professionally. Proficient at using the computer; Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point and the Internet. Organized, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking. Previous clerical, administrative ,and receptionist experience.
