The present invention provides inhalable solution based formulations of methacholine that are stable, sterile and ready-to-use. Also provided are methods for preparing the ready-to-use methacholine formulations. The formulations are useful in methacholine challenge testing for assessment of airway hyper-responsiveness in a subject.

Abstract:
Systems and methods for providing a Portable Satellite Communication (“PSC”) antenna. The PSC antenna () comprises: a Parabolic Segmented Antenna (“PSA”) reflector () with a plurality of identical and interchangeable panels () that can be stowed in a nested stacked arrangement; a plurality of interchangeable feedhorn assemblies () that can be coupled to a center hub () via a quick-connect mechanism (); an adjustment mechanism () for adjusting an angular orientation of the feedhorn assemblies relative to the center hub; a transceiver () that can be coupled to a convex side of the PSA reflector; a base panel () which is coupled to a tripod positioning structure () such that reflector wind moment loads can be transferred through a base panel to the tripod positioning structure; and a tripod positioning structure with folding legs () and hard stops () against which the folding legs can be preloaded.
