About:

Ann's career started in property management. Managing large apartment complexes and then condominium associations. She then became the Director of Business Development for the third largest privately owned real estate company in Connecticut. When the real estate bubble of the 80's burst, Ann technically took a break by taking a home based hobby business out of the basement of a house, formalized it and designed it to do business with big business. While guiding this start up company, she managed to consummate her first commercial deal - a retirement community to be completed in Groton, CT. After selling the start-up company, Ann then formalized The Buena Vista Real Estate Company- a boutique firm that buys and sells residential real estate by referral and works with a proprietary list of commercial customers. Successfully brokering deals to national retailers and entrepreneurial business people alike. In addition to real estate, Ann is and has been a talk show host for over 10 years. She currently airs a program called "Everyday People with Ann Buonocore", heard on News Talk 980 WXLM and streaming at www.wxlm.fm- where she touts "It's not just what you do for a living-it's what you do that makes you live."
