Hello there...and welcome to my website! Let me take a moment to tell you a liitle bit about myself.... I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jerry (LTC Pearce, RET) for the past 12 years. I have three wonderful kids: Brittany, 21 (in her third year at CSUF), Taylor, 17 (a senior in high school) and Kyle, 9 (a 4th grader). Prior to real estate, my business background was in the insurance industry (property). Because of my prior experience, I feel I look at homes in an entirely different light than most agents. For my buyers, I have a more critical eye for the small stuff. I want them to LOVE their new home. For my sellers, I want them to get the most money for their home. I can offer them the prospective on what house conditions can cause the most alarm for new homeowners.
