Senior Clinical Application Specialist Training and educating customers on products and associated procedures, including ultrasound training and educational courses. Product training for all potential audiences involved in the use and sale of the Closure System and Endovenous Laser Therapy, including, but not limited to, General & Vascular Surgeons, Cardiovascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists and other physicians treating venous disease. Areas of training include ultrasounds training as it applies to Venous Ablation products, educational courses related to Ablation techniques and ultrasound evaluation and field employee training. Vascular Ultrasound Skilled in use of Siemens, Philips, GE, Sonosite, HP Units, Multigon TCD, Vasoguard and Park Flow Labs. Experience with abdomen, small parts and OB/GYN. Proficient in vascular sonography to include carotid duplex imaging, arterial and vein imaging (upper and lower). Multi-level pressures, Ankle Brachia Index (ABI) and plethysomography, Transcranial Doppler/imaging, SMA and Renal Artery Duplex evaluations, A/V hemodialysis fistula evaluation, ultrasound guided thrombin injections. Extensive operating room experience including endovascular ablation/closures and carotid endarectomy. Detail scans of superficial venous pathologies to include Ultrasound guidance for ablation and sclerotherapy treatments. Instrumental in the vascular laboratory accreditation (ICAVL) process. Echo-Cardiography Extensive experience in the use of 2d echocardiography, M-mode, stress echocardiography, transesophegeal echoes and the interpretation of EKGs, graded exercise testing and Marquette MUSE systems. Thorough knowledge of Siemens Cardiac monitors, 24-hours Delmar Holter monitor, integrated computer systems, MARS computer, use of Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word for various types of daily and monthly statistics.
