Cheryl was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and has been a licensed sales associate in Florida since 2003. Having grown up in Pinellas County, Florida she and her husband, Brian, are full-time residents of Belleair Florida. Prior to joining Premier Sothebys International Realty, Cheryl worked for Coldwell Banker Real Estate specializing in the waterfront and luxury property throughout Pinellas County. In particular, she marketed and represented the project Belle Aqua Villas, 12 luxury Italianesque villas located on Clearwater Harbor. Belle Aqua Villas developed by Menna Development and Management Inc., builders of restaurants, office parks, apartments and condominium complexes. In addition to the Clearwater Beach Belle Aqua Villas project, Cheryl specialized in luxury homes and condominiums on waterfront areas along Pinellas County beaches and Intracoastal. Her expertise is not limited to luxury property as she is a trusted real estate advisor throughout Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and St. Petersburg. Cheryl earned her associate degree in technology and business from St. Petersburg College. She has received awards and been recognized as a member of the FAST 50 for her growth of a technology business in 1996. She is active on several boards and committees including the Belleair Recreation Department Board, founding member of the town of Belleair Sundays in Belleair Concert series, secretary and board member for the Belleair Community Foundation and is a member of the Belleair Country Club Membership Committee.
