She has been a proud member of NAHREP of Ventura County for 5+ years and was elected to the Board of Directors in late 2005. She has served as the Education Chairperson, Parliamentarian as well as Vice-President in past years. She served as the 2008 President of this worthy organization and now sits as the Immediate Past-President. Cindy has been a licensee in the state of California since 1999. As a professional, she has continued to improve upon her education. To that end, she earned the coveted Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute GRI designation in December 2005, after 96 hours of instruction and successfully passing 14 separate exams. By making this extra effort she is always striving to be on the cutting edge of her profession, to be able to offer her clients the utmost in knowledge as well as service. Additionally she holds the National Association of REALTORS coveted SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure) designation, earned in 2010. She is involved in many professional organizations including, the Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS® of which she is a board member and the incoming 2010 Treasurer/Secretary. She also travels throughout the state as part of the VCCAR Travel Team at the California Association of REALTORS® conferences, and is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She additionally is involved with the Real Estate Fraud Advisory Team (REFAT) of Ventura County and also serves as the Committee Chairperson of the VCCAR REALTOR® Action Fund in conjunction with the California Association of REALTORS®.
