About:
Unfortunately, Trulia cannot seem to get my service areas corrected! I go wherever my clients take me :) While selling my own home through a realtor I sat back at the closing table and assessed what had been done to sell my home. Unfortunately, I hadn't had the best experience. Within one week of that sale I started real estate classes with the promise to myself that I would be a different type of agent... one that is accessible, honest, looking out for my clients best interest, and actually working for the compensation I received. Buying or selling a home is a major life event. I consider it a privilege to be part of that with all of my clients. Whether it's helping a first time home buyer learn to navigate the system, assisting someone in buying their dream home and everything in between - all are equally important. I'm very fortunate to love my work - and equally fortunate to enjoy the people I work with. Through the transactions I've played a role in I have made many new friends and created a wonderful network of people. To love what I do for a living is something I'll always be grateful for - and express that gratitude by giving my all to each and every client I work with. If you're looking to buy or sell call me. I'd be happy to help and talk at your convenience. Also, do yourself a favor and find one agent that you're comfortable with. Hopefully, it's me. If, for some reason, it's not - find one that you stick with. We work for you. As "employees" we should look out for you and do our best for you. Using multiple agents costs you the true meaning of the job we do. Developing loyalty with one agent will pay off tenfold in the end for everyone involved. A few things not everyone knows: 1. As realtors we can show you ANY home listed in the State we are licensed in. Calling each realtor who holds each listing costs you the benefit of having someone look out for you 24/7 through the entire process. 2. Most realtors do not sell their own listings. The system, and our network and rapport with peers, is what does the job for you. 3. A lot goes on behind the scenes.... much beyond opening doors and filling out paperwork. Trust that who you're working with is continuing that job even when they aren't with you. Hope to hear from you!
