Description:
Do you see the hidden potential in property you are viewing? As a Buyers Agent with a background in house design, I point out your criteria in the house and/or show you what changes can be made to make this your dream home. Working with Your Home Team Realty Group, we approach buying a home as a team, drawing on each others expertise. After I help you find the right house, our Realtor negotiates the contract, and our Real Estate Attorney orders the inspection by an engineer, a property survey, and does a title search - at NO COST to you the buyer. WE ARE THE ONLY AGENCY THAT OFFERS THIS KIND OF PROTECTION FOR BUYERS. Did you know lenders do not require a property survey? Once you purchase the house and would like to remodel, I will draw plans for your contractor to estimate and build (this fee is separate from the real estate transaction). I know you may just be getting started in finding a home (or investment property), so you may just have some questions. Feel free to contact me and visit my website or www.yourhometeamadvisors.com for more information.
