About:

I am a Florida native. Having grown up on the beach, I enjoy all water activities. Sailing is in my soul. My friends call me "Mermaid Lynsie". I enjoy gourmet cooking, reading a good book, writing poetry, and painting. I moved to Hutchinson Island in September of 2012 from Hollywood Beach, where I lived on the Atlantic Ocean for 18 years. I look forward to working with clients to find their dream home in paradise. Having lived on both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico, I have extensive knowledge of ocean front property, and how to maintain and remodel it. I have been in real estate since 2002. In that time I have sold commercial property, bars, restaurants, gyms, multi family investments, business opportunities, all types of residential property, and luxury condos. I have experience writing business plans to help clients acquire funds to purchase a business. I have managed build-out projects for retail clients, to including Pandora Jewelry, Vera Bradley, and Brighton to name a few. I have managed the leasing of large mall spaces in Town Center Mall and Aventura Mall. I have managed remodel projects as well as new build-outs. This process requires detail organizational skills to understand lead times as well as managing the contractors and budgets. Before getting into real estate, I was in software and hardware sales for several fortune 500 companies. This put me in front of CEO's & CFO's during the sales process. I won several awards for top sales in this industry. I traveled the world, gathering knowledge from diverse cultures and countries. I am a member of The Royal Dames of Cancer Research, Fort Lauderdale FL.; Sister Cities Fort Lauderdale, FL.; Glam-A-Thon Breast Cancer Awareness; Humane Society; Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors; Florida Realtors Association; and South Florida MLS.
