Abstract:

Method and apparatus for cleaning ceramic surfaces of parts used, for example, and without limitation, in semiconductor processing equipment. In particular, one embodiment of the present invention is a method for cleaning a ceramic part that includes steps of: (a) treating the surface using one or more first mechanical processes; (b) treating the surface using one or more chemical processes; (c) plasma conditioning the surface; and (d) treating the surface using one or more second mechanical processes.

Abstract:

A deflecting magnet assembly for scanning an incident beam of charged particles in a scanning electron beam computed tomography scanner. The configuration (including angular orientation and coil end connection geometry) of the coils which comprise the magnet is selected to approximate the field of a pure dipole. In addition, a magnetic shield is used which equalizes the effective radii of the constituent coils and thereby simplifies construction of the assembly.

Provided is a method for predicting future states based on time series data using feature engineering and/or hybrid machine learning models. The method may include receiving payment transaction data associated with a plurality of payment transactions, the plurality of payment transactions including a first subset of payment transactions associated with a first entity; determining a plurality of features based on the payment transaction data associated with the plurality of payment transactions; inputting the plurality of features into at least one machine learning model to provide at least one prediction of a net settlement position of the first entity; and communicating the at least one prediction of the net settlement position to a first entity system associated with the first entity. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.
