No two days are ever the same in assisting the public and I really enjoy the challenges of the real estate industry. In our current market, short sales and foreclosures are keeping the market down - but it won't last! With current low interest rates, it is a GREAT time to buy! Sellers are experiencing a very different market right now! With less inventory than the last few years, current listings are not lasting too long! Still, if a house is not properly priced, it will linger. I am always available to make suggestions for staging the property to get top dollar! On the personal side, I have servedon the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF) which is an educational organization which gives scholarships to young culinary students. Also in the last few years I have served on the Board of Directors for a local chapter of the Chaine des Rotisseurs - a dining society dating back to 1252! I love supporting young chefs and sommeliers - without them will will all be eating fast food forever! Additionally, Iretired from the Board of Directors (term limited) for Caring Connection which is a local nonprofit which is involved with workplace giving through payroll deductions to help local human service organizations.
