Greetings! I would like to take a moment of your valuable time and tell you a little about myself. I have been a resident of Florida since 1985, transplanting from Western Kentucky to sunny Bay County Florida. I live in the downtown community of Lynn Haven, Florida, with my wife, Angela and two of our three daughters. My oldest daughter lives in Pensacola and has recently graduated from UFW. We are very proud of all of our daughters. We absolutely love it here and I love the real estate profession and you know what they say…find a career you love, thus, the reason for starting my career in real estate. For the last 10 years I worked in the Auto Industry in the Marketing Department. I assisted Internet customers, and worked with social media sites such as facebook, youtube, linkedin and google. After 10 Years I decided to make a change to the residential and commercial real estate market. Although I work all over the Bay County area, I am particularly interested in the growth and development in our community redevelopment area (CRA), as well as the commercial area of the Highway 77 corridor. I understand that most buyers and sellers want much more than just a cold relationship with their real estate agent. Certainly, they want knowledge, experience, professionalism, trust-worthiness, honesty and integrity in their agent, but they also want an emotional investment by their agent. They want old fashioned personal I-really-do-care customer service. I have a simple and profound philosophy…Do the BEST job for my clients – WHATEVER it takes. I also understand that the Real Estate Industry has changed. Consumers are no longer willing to be sold with obnoxious advertising and told what to buy and when to buy it. Consumers are sick and tired of interruption advertising, high pressure sales associates and telemarketing. They're fed up with only getting partial information upon which to base their most important decisions. Consumers want and demand freedom to control their own destiny. They don't like being controlled! They don't like being manipulated! Today home buyers can search a beautiful map-based multiple listing service. They can read local real estate news, view real estate prices on graphs, and find out what sellers are doing in the market on popular real estate blogs, they can search Google to find for-sale-by-owner, or an exclusive buyer's agent, and view photos of the area. They can do all of this from the comfort of their home without talking to a single sales associate. Technology has finally given the consumers what they have always wanted…the power to choose. They choose the information they view, how and when they view it, and they choose what to do with that information without interference from anyone. Consumers are taking control, and they love it!
