Abstract:

A method and system for presence and vitals detection of a living subject is disclosed herein. The system comprises a device that monitors and is an interface. The device comprises an RGB/IR imaging sensor, a radar, a processor, and a first communication module. The processor is configured to run an algorithm to perform digital signal processing on data provided by the radar and the RGB/IR imaging sensor to generate presence and vitals information for the living subject for communication to the device.

A method and system for non-invasive detection of a living subject's blood oxygen saturation is disclosed herein. A method and system that is integrated in order to provide an automated control system for the user, which provides messaging to bedroom environmental control systems as a function of the status of the user's sleep state is disclosed herein. Abstract:

A system and method of monitoring a person to detect the onset of an illness. A monitoring unit collects biometric data and exchanges that data with a remote electronic device. Using the monitoring device, a person is monitored across multiple days. The biometric data collected determines a statistical profile for the collected data. After the statistical profile is calculated, the person can be actively monitored as he/she sleeps. The monitoring occurs during a sample period of sleep. The biometric data collected during the sample period is averaged to obtain a statistical value. The statistical value is compared to the statistical profile of the biometric data. If the sampled biometric data falls outside the statistical profile, a warning is produced on the electronic device.
