Abstract:

A mobile personal computer including a case, a micro-display system, a speech recognition system, a microprocessor, and a power source. The case is sized for handling by a single, adult human hand. The micro-display system is maintained by the case and includes a screen viewable at a first face of the case. The speech recognition system is also maintained by the case and includes a microphone positioned at the first face of the case for collecting sound waves generated by a user's speech. The microprocessor is maintained within the case and is electronically connected to the micro-display system and the speech recognition system. Further, the microprocessor utilizes a personal computer operating system to perform computing operations. Finally, the power source is maintained within the case. With this configuration, the mobile personal computer is easily handled and operated with a single hand.

Abstract:

A mobile personal audio device including a case maintaining a power source, first and second speakers, a microcontroller, and first and second stem assemblies. The stem assemblies extend from opposite sides of the case, respectively, and each include a tube having a first end adjacent and open to a corresponding one of the speakers and terminating at a second end. The stem assemblies are configured such that the tube is positionable in a user-selected extended state in which the second end of the tube is displaced from the case, and a collapsed state in which the second end is in close proximity to the case. In the extended state, the case is locatable at the back of the user's neck, with the tubes extending along opposite sides of the user's head. The microcontroller operates the speakers to generate audio sounds waves that are delivered to the user's ears.

Abstract:

An LED light bulb device including a bulb body, a cap and an LED assembly. The bulb body defines an exterior surface and an interior. The cap is mounted to the bulb body, combining to define a light bulb-like structure. The LED assembly includes a substrate, LEDs, transformer circuitry and connective circuitry. The LEDs and the connective circuitry are maintained by the substrate, with the connective circuitry electrically connecting the LEDs and the transformer circuitry. The transformer circuitry is adapted to modify incoming power for powering the LEDs. The LED assembly is mounted to the light bulb-like structure such that the LEDs are disposed along the exterior surface of the bulb body, with light from the LEDs being directed inwardly into the interior and then outwardly from the interior. The LED assembly can further include a heat sink body encompassing the LEDs.

Abstract:

A display system for providing enhanced brightness projected images from a micro-projector. The system includes at least two micro-projector display devices, one or more sensors, and a controller. The sensors provide information to the controller indicative of the micro-projector display devices having been placed in proximity to each other to project identical images, the controller further being programmed to determine from information generated by the sensors their alignment and maximize cooperative pixel alignment between multiple images generated by the micro-projector display devices by offsetting a center of an image in one or more of the projector devices.
