Abstract:

Disclosed are methods, computer readable media and apparatus for providing one-tap account addition and one-tap checkout features to a consumer. In an embodiment, a wallet server computer receives a request from a consumer device to enable a one-tap account addition feature, and receives consumer registration data and consumer payment account data. The wallet server then uploads consumer device data and reader device data, and determines that the reader device is near-field communication capable. The wallet server next stores the consumer registration data, payment account data, and the consumer device data in an electronic wallet and enables the one-tap add account addition feature. In some embodiments, the consumer may select to opt-in to a one-tap checkout feature, and if so then a one-tap checkout cookie is transmitted for storing on the consumer device.

A method for identification and distribution of a personalized image. As disclosed, the method involves a processing server receiving an image request from a web server. The image request includes at least a device identifier and an originating address. The processing server electronically transmits a data request to a computing device associated with the device identifier, and receives a data file from the computing device. The data file includes one or more data values associated with an electronic wallet. The processing server executes a query to identify an image file based on the data values included in the received data file. Additionally, the processing server electronically transmits the identified image file to the web server in response to the received image request.

Abstract:

A system and method for facilitating use of a digital electronic wallet by a cardholder for cashless transactions. The method comprises receiving a selection by a first cardholder to pair a first digital wallet held by a first wallet holder with a first merchant, the first digital wallet having therein an electronic representation of at least one payment device usable to fund a cashless transaction, and verifying the cardholder's identity. Thereafter, facilitating a communication between the first cardholder and the first wallet holder to record consent by the first cardholder to share wallet information with the first merchant. The present disclosure further comprises receiving from the first wallet holder authorization to generate a wallet token usable for acquiring wallet information on behalf of the first merchant, using the first digital wallet as selected by the first cardholder, and preparing a merchant token corresponding to the wallet token. The merchant token is provided to the first merchant, for presentation to access wallet information, including payment card information on a cashless transaction.
