Abstract:

Provided herein are compounds of the formula (I) wherein the variables R, R, R, R, X, X, Y, and Aare as defined herein. Such compounds may be used, for example, for the inhibition of enolase enzymes, including preferential inhibition of one isoenzyme of over one or more of the other isoenzymes.
