Abstract:

A hair fastener comprising a comb with two of the teeth having a male fastener integrally attached to them for mating with a female detachable locking member. The detachable locking member is attached over the end of the combs teeth, for hiding the male fastener within the locking member and for securing the hair section in the spaces between the comb teeth portion that is between the comb base and the locking member.

A clip end hair fastening band for fastening and styling hair comprising an elastic band with jaw-toothed clips integrally attached to each end. The user clamps the first clip to the hair with teeth penetrating section. The user then wraps the band around, over or under hair and secures the second clip to the hair, with teeth penetrating the section.

A multiple clip fastener and method for securing sections of hair of a human being in rows and for aligning hair clips. The apparatus is a semi-circle headband, retaining comb, or barrette that has a plurality of hair clips integrally attached and aligned longitudinally along its top. In use, the headband, retaining comb, or barrette is attached to the hair. Hair sections are then neatly aligned and secured in rows to the multiple clip fastener by placing each corresponding hair section into corresponding hair clip. Each clip always remains aligned with each other and the multiple clip hair fastener is easily removable and reusable.
