Abstract:

This disclosure describes a ground station configured to facilitate the delivery of payloads using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The ground station includes multiple sensors that allow for autonomous operation of the ground station as part of a larger payload transportation system. The sensors are configured to confirm loading of payloads onto a UAV, checking a status and safety of the drone and clearing an area surrounding the ground station prior to takeoff and/or landing operations of the UAV.

Abstract:

Certain embodiments described herein are directed to methods and systems for adding one or more nodes to a first cluster including a first node in a computer system. A method performed by the first node comprises receiving a first request from a second node to join the first cluster. The method also comprises retrieving a first cluster configuration associated with the first cluster from a distributed database through a first database server (DBS) and creating a second cluster configuration using the first cluster configuration and information received from the second node as part of the request. The method further comprises populating a first one or more local trust stores of a first one or more processes executing on the first node with a second one or more security certificates of a second one or more processes executing on the second node. The method further comprises writing the second cluster configuration to the distributed database and returning the second cluster configuration to the second node.

Abstract:

Methods, systems, and articles of manufacture for annotating of an image are disclosed. These include scoring the image using a plurality of trained classifiers, wherein each of the trained classifiers corresponds to at least one of a plurality of image groups clustered based upon image similarity, and wherein each image group is associated with a set of weighted labels; selecting one or more of the image groups based upon the scoring; aggregating one or more sets of weighted labels associated with the selected one or more image groups; and annotating the image using the aggregated one or more sets of weighted labels.
