Jesse Abarca is the Team Leader for Arizona's Rising Stars who took himself from five transactions in 2009 to over sixty in 2010. He has maintained a level of peak performance since by developing what he calls "The Championship Mindset." Growing up in near-poverty and with few positive influences after the death of both his parents in a car accident leaving only himself and 4 siblings, Jesse had every reason to fail. Instead, he used his will to overcome that adversity to fuel the fire of his potential greatness.Having developed less-than-adequate people skills and naturallyshy, Jesse realized that he needed to reinvent himself and decided to join the U.S. Marine Corps and was deployed to Iraq before starting his Real Estate career in 2006.
