From the 1-bedroom starter condo to the Million Dollar dream home, I've represented clients in both situations, and just about everything in between. My clients and their referrals are the livelihood of my business. That’s why 85% of my sales come from repeat and referral business! As a home owner in the Clintonville area I tend to work in the more urban markets. My focus is inside the 270 loop, from the historic homes in Old Worthington to the quaint (and not so quaint) brick cottages in German Village, and all the areas in between. For geographically challenged people, and/or out-of-towners, this means I focus my services and expertise in the following areas: German Village-including Brewery District, Merion Village and Schumacher Place, Short North–including Victorian Village, Italian Village, The Circles, and Harrison West, Grandivew, Clintonville, Bexley, Upper Arlington, Old Worthington, and Olde Town East. I’m not limited to working in these areas and can provide knowledge in the suburbs such as New Albany, Gahanna, and as far as Granville. Residential real estate isn't just limited to the resale of houses and condos. My services cover short sales, bank owned homes (REO's), foreclosure situations, acreage, relocation (RELO), new construction, and small apartment complexes...just to name a few.
