Abstract:

A guest check presenter for a food establishment is provided. The guest check presenter includes a holder for holding a guest check information and a wireless communication device attached to the holder and adapted to communicate with a wireless mobile device of the guest. The wireless communication device contains a guest check identifier that identifies the guest check. The guest check identifier is adapted to be retrieved by the wireless mobile device of the guest for use in providing various useful mobile services that are associated with the food establishment or the food consumed by the guest. Thus, the check presenter is used as a platform for providing such mobile services as mobile payment of the guest check and loyalty coupons.

Abstract:

A personal care or cosmetic composition that includes from about 0.1% to about 99% of at least one ester of alkoxylated aromatic alcohol and fatty carboxylic acid, and from about 0.1% to 60% of at least one functional ingredient is provided. The functional ingredients in the composition may include active ingredients and additional ingredients. Especially suitable active ingredients are sunscreen active ingredients and antiperspirant active ingredients. These compositions include a reduced amount of a cyclomethicone and preferably one substantially cyclomethicone-free.

A thickening agent based upon a polyether ester compound having the formula: ##STR1## Wherein: R. sub. 1 is H or ##STR2## R. sub. 2 is a hydrocarbon chain having greater than 5 carbon atoms; and (W+X+Y+Z) is greater than 60.
