Abstract:

An ornament for a person comprises: an attachment body having an at least partially closed loop shape and including first and second side wall portions; a guide rail formed of an elongated member, the guide rail including a first end pivotally fixed to or extending from the first side wall portion of the attachment body in a direction inwardly to said at least partially closed loop shape of the attachment body, a second end, and a parallel rail portion extending between the first and second ends of the guide rail; and an decorative element having first and second lateral sides, and including a guide hole formed through the first and second lateral sides, the guide hole configured to insert the second end of the guide rail there-through and having a width the same as or slightly wider than the size of the parallel rail portion of the guide rail to enable a sliding movement of the decorative element along the guide rail. The second end of the guide rail is displaceable or deformable outwardly from the attachment body to enable said insertion of the decorative element through the guide hole of the decorative element, and is returnable or recoverable to an original position to prevent the inserted decorative element from missing out of the guide rail as its movement is restricted by the first and second side wall portions of the attachment body.

Techniques for facilitating customer-initiated virtual machine (VM) migration and swapping. A method includes obtaining documentation of at least one performance parameter of two or more virtual machines running on two or more physical machines, obtaining a request for a virtual machine exchange from a user of a first virtual machine, wherein the request comprises a preference for at least one desired performance parameter in at least one additional virtual machine, matching the request from the user of the first virtual machine with at least one additional virtual machine that includes the at least one desired performance parameter without assistance from a cloud provider, and exchanging the first virtual machine with a virtual machine from the at least one additional virtual machine that includes the at least one desired performance parameter.

Abstract:

An integrated computerized predicting system is disclosed. A patient computerized system is connected through a web interface to a matching server, where the smart health care matching server is configured to receive a selection criteria from a patient at the patient computerized system. The matching server is connected to an electronic health(EHR) cloud having electronic health records and a personal health record (PHR) cloud having personal health records. The matching server receives the selection criteria from the patient computerized system, where the matching server includes a smart health care matching system application program. The matching server is configured to utilize the selection criteria, the electronic health records, the personal health records with the smart health care matching system application to predict an appropriate health care professional and/or insurance plans for the patient.
