I'm a lifetime resident of Abbeville, MS. After a 25 years with Emerson Electric Co. I went to work as office manager for Lovelady Realty in 2003. Being in the real estate environment helped me realize how I could better serve my community. After a year as office manager for the company, I decided to become a Realtor and I am currently working with Re/Max Legacy Realty as a Sales Associate. I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors, MS Association of Realtors, North Central MS Board of Realtors. In my profession I assist consumers in the home selling and home buying process. As a REALTOR� I can help the seller find qualified, ready, willing and able buyers. I assist in the sale from the time it is listed until the house is sold. Buying a home can be very rewarding, but it can also be very challenging. As a REALTOR� I also assist buyers in purchasing their home. I assist buyers in comparing prices of recently sold properties; showing the homes that are for sale in the area; preparing the many contracts & addendums; ordering inspections; arranging financing for the buyer & following up to make sure things are going smoothly; and arranging and attending the closing.
