I handle all Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases on a flat fee basis. My fees for a Chapter 7 range from a minimum of $1,500.00 to a maximum of $5,000.00, depending on the complexity of the case. My median fee for a Chapter 7 is $2,000.00. My flat fee covers many things that paralegals cannot do, and other bankruptcy attorneys charge extra for. Half of the fee is due when you hire me, half is due immediately before filing of the bankruptcy petition. All costs are included except the Bankruptcy Court filing fee, which is $306.00 for a Chapter 7 and $281.00 for a Chapter 13. I typically charge $4,000.00 for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case for debtors who work for a company, and $4,500.00 for debtors who are self-employed, though complicated cases may involve additional fees. I typically ask my clients to pay me $2,000.00 before the filing of the Chapter 13 petition, with the balance of my legal fees being paid through the Chapter 13 plan. This allows my Chapter 13 clients to file bankruptcy and save their homes without having to pay me the entire legal fee before the filing of the bankruptcy petition. Regular wage earners who are able to make regular plan payments but do not have money for a retainer may qualify for my special no money down Chapter 13 plan. This lets my clients file Chapter 13 bankruptcy by paying only the court filing fee of $281.00 prior to filing bankruptcy. All legal fees are paid to me through the plan. This is an incredible deal.
Adversary Proceedings and Motions are handled either on a flat fee basis or an hourly basis, according to the preference of the client. Chapter 11s are handled on an hourly basis. My hourly rate is $495.00/hour. The hourly rate for my mid-level Associate Attorney Sofya Davtyan is $300.00/hour. The hourly rate for my Junior Associate Attorneys Ori Blumenfeld, Minha Rhee and Sheila Esmaili is $250.00 hour. The hourly rate for my law clerks and paralegals is $200/hour. These rates are substantially less than those charged by other bankruptcy attorneys with similar experience. Unlike other attorneys, I never raise my hourly rates in the middle of a bankruptcy case.
Chapter 11 business reorganizations are billed hourly, with a typical retainer of $20,000.00 for an individual or small business Chapter 11. The filing fee for a Chapter 11 is $1,213.00.

A bidirectional document tractor unit having spaced apart laterally adjustable tractor mechanisms each provided with an endless tractor belt which is in driving engagement with a document support belt to provide a document path interposed between the support belt and the tractor belt. The support belts include perforations engageable with the drive pins on the tractor belt. The support belts also are drivably engaged with sprocket members having document drive pins formed thereon. The tractor belts are driven through suitable sprockets in driving engagement with an elongated driveshaft. Movable gates are disposed adjacent to the drive sprockets which provide for lead-in driving engagement with the document which is trained along the tractor belt between the tractor belt and the support belt, then through the printer platen and then along the opposite run of the tractor belts before returning to a document magazine or stack. Formed rod support bars are provided for maintaining oppositely moving runs of the document spaced apart from each other.

Abstract:
A system for establishing a data session and a voice session for training a user on a computer program includes a customer workstation coupled to a selected agent workstation by a data network and a voice network. The customer workstation generates a session request in response to user input requesting assistance regarding the computer program. The data network and the voice network establish a data session and a voice session, respectively, between the customer workstation and the selected agent workstation in response to the session request.
A method and apparatus for providing variable print hammer energy information and variable character spacing information for every character of every font in an electronic typing system having interchangeable print wheels, wherein the individual print wheels carry self-descriptive information in coded form on a read-only memory. The descriptive information is encoded on a portion of the print wheel and contains, in high density, machine readable, permanent form, sufficient coded data to instruct the electronic typing system as to the optimal use of the particular font of characters contained on the type wheel. In a preferred embodiment, a single initializing revolution of the print wheel upon each insertion or machine start-up cycle serves to load the encoded data into a read/write memory for subsequent call-up and use by the electronic typing system during the print-out of each character. The data is serially encoded on the print wheel for reading by single track optional sensing apparatus. Alternate embodiments using parallel data tracks and magnetic sensing apparatus are discussed.
A compact substantially self contained envelope feeding apparatus includes a magazine for holding a plurality of stacked envelopes which are dispensed through a bottom outlet by a two stage dispensing mechanism comprising spaced apart sets of drive rollers arranged along an envelope feed path. The second set of drive rollers includes resiliently biased idler rollers for guiding the envelopes along a curved portion of the feed path to a holding plate which holds each envelope momentarily stationary for engagement by endless feed belts which feed the envelope to a platen of a printer. A support unit is provided with quick release clamps for securing the feeding apparatus to the support shaft of the printer platen. Drive gearing is provided for engagement with a platen gear to drive the feed belts in timed relation to the platen for feeding envelopes to the platen and returning envelopes from the platen back to the magazine. A control circuit includes a photosensor for timing the operation of the dispensing mechanism relative to the position of envelope engaging lugs on the feed belts, and a photosensor for signalling a jammed or out of paper condition.
