At PCS-CTS I am an apple certified technician, I troubleshoot and then repair all issues that arise for the apple department at PCS-CTS. Issues range from motherboards to OS problems. I hold certifications in order to be qualified to work on Apple products. As a dominos employee I dealt with customers on a daily basis and maintained the highest customer satisfaction rating of any of driver at the location I am employed at. I also have stayed on top of the best driver's board the entire length of my employment. While at Anderson Ford I won an award for best customer service for any car salesman in my very first month of the position. On top of that I was responsible for new and used car sales as well as maintaining customer's records for the vehicles they had purchased along with any follow up calls that were of utmost importance. In the US Navy I trained and supervised over twenty sailors in daily maintenance duties which included structural repairs of the ship, maintaining life support systems, flight deck equipment among other crucial responsibilities. I was one of only two Master Helmsmen on board the ship with duties that included pulling in and out of port, underway replenishments, and flight operations. I also maintained a working order of all computer networks especially during vital mission support in which the captain needed reliable conference with the home base of operations while out to sea. Another duty of mine was to update and secure windows based operating systems and programs which included Excel, Works, and various other programs. I was also responsible to upgrade or replace all types of hardware for continuous operation of the computer systems. At Drops R Us I spliced wires, soldered connections to fixtures, outlets, and equipment. I also installed new fuses, electrical cables, or power sources as required, located and removed or repaired circuit defects such as blown fuses or malfunctioning transistors. Referred to schematics and manufacturers specification that show connections and provided instructions on how to locate problems. Maintained equipment service records and estimated costs of repairs based on parts and labor requirements. AWARDS
