Abstract:

A high visibility gun sight system is described for detachable mounting on a gun barrel (e. g. , a shotgun). The system includes a base member for detachably mounting to a gun barrel, and an elongated light-gathering plastic rod which is detachably mounted to the base member. Preferably the base member includes downwardly extending flanges for engaging the gun barrel. The flanges can include opposing fingers for self-aligning of the base member on the barrel. Magnets can be included in the base member for retaining the base member on the gun barrel.

Abstract:

A construction toy system is disclosed for the assembly of a guide track structure for a wheeled vehicle. Basic structural components, comprising rod-like struts and molded plastic connector elements adapted for snap-together attachment to the strut elements, enable support structures to be assembled. One or more guide track elements is provided, preferably in the form of a continuous, slotted flexible tube, typically formed by extrusion of plastic material. Special track-mounting connector elements are formed with track-mounting lugs which extend through the slotted side of the tubular track element to provide internal support. Track-mounting lugs are positioned at spaced points throughout the structure, providing spaced support for the track element. The flexible track element is self-supporting between mounting lugs, and conforms readily and smoothly to vertical and horizontal contours of the structure. An intermediate clip-like support device, which attaches to but does not form part of the structural framework, provides additional and optimized support of the flexible track between fixed support points, where such additional support is necessary or desirable.

An image processing system may include a processor and an associated memory configured to store training data that includes training geospatial images. Each training geospatial image may include pixels. The processor may be configured to operate a training model to identify a given feature from each of the training geospatial images, and to iteratively generate a probability distribution function based upon a number of pixels corresponding to the given feature and also based upon a bias factor being reduced with each iteration.
