SELLERS: There are three things you need to do to make sure your home sells as quickly as it can. 1. PRICE: Price your home at current market value and not a penny more. Over priced homes sit on the market while homes more aggressively priced, that is closer to market value, sell quicker. I will help you see where your home fits in the current market so it can be sold more rapidly. 2. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: Make sure your home is looking its best. Clean, de-cluttered, and smelling fresh all makes for the best first impression. I will help you identify what should be put away and help stage the home so it looks great. We can also choose to use a professional stager that can pull from many resources to get your home noticed. 3. REPAIRS: Make sure that you go over the home in detail, looking for things that may be needing attention or repair. If it needs repair before you list the home for sale, then it surly will come up in the home inspection. It is better to take care of problems before buyers notice, as they may just move on to the next home that does not need repair. Doing these things will help you get the highest amount for your home.
