Please let me introduce myself. I am Sandra Silva, a full time licensed professional Realtor. I have been with Viking Realty located at 8535 Florence Avenue, Suite 100, Downey, California for two years and could not have found a better or more honorable company for which to work. Viking Realty is owned by Price Law Group one of the largest Bankruptcy law firms in the State of California with a specialty in Short Sales. All my clients have direct access to an attorney free of charge for questions related to their transaction. My background goes as follows: Phillips Jr. College, Los Angeles Harbor College, and Rio Hondo College. I worked as a Paralegal for eight years and as a civilian employee for the Santa Ana Police Department for three years. Through the years I was involved in multiple real estate transactions wherein I discovered my true passion for Real Estate. In 2004 I obtained a salesperson license from the California Department of Real Estate.
