My style of therapy begins from psychodynamic principles, which helps people understand how current reactions are linked to interactions from the past. I utilize a variety of techniques from many theories, including Humanistic, Cognitive, Gestalt, Bioenergetic therapy, and Biofeedback, to name a few. I believe that thoughts, feelings, behavior and physical reactions that we have are all information for us about us. It is our responsibility to use this information to be better to ourselves.
