Description:

Before entering the real estate field, Vivian held a prominent position as Director and Portfolio Manager within the Asset Management Division of a major financial services company in Princeton, New Jersey. While working there, she earned an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. After a very rewarding 30 year career, she decided to take early retirement and move back to Long Island to be closer to her family and friends, and pursue other interests. In 2004, Vivian applied her financial background to the real estate industry and became a licensed real estate salesperson with a local brokerage near her home in East Moriches, NY. After several moves over the past years, she recently became broker and co-owner of Gateway to the Hamptons Real Estate in Speonk, NY and has been proudly and successfully serving the real estate needs of her clients and customers. Vivian is a Certified Buyer Representative and Certified Short Sales Specialist. She is also a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
