A mobile communication device enables improved connectivity and power management. The device includes a first wireless network interface configured for connection to a first network and a second wireless network interface configured for connection to a second network. The first interface has an active mode of operation and a sleep mode. The device places the first interface in the sleep mode when not needed for communications. An external system such as a messaging server calls the device when it is unable to access the device through the first interface. The second network, which can be a cellular network, handles the call request and transmits a ringing signal to the second interface of the device. A notification handler, upon receipt of the ringing signal, wakes the first interface, permitting normal communications through the first interface. Power management logic can be more pro-active in placing the first interface into the sleep mode.
The use of computer case is just to put together computer parts. A computer case needs to be located either on top of the desk, on the side of the desk, under the desk or on the floor. Not only computer desk takes up space but also the computer case is not safe from being stolen. By integrating computer case/chassis with a computer desk, a space-saving issue and parts-being-stolen issue will be resolved. This is a very easy to maintain. It can be unlocked to open the drawer and blow dust. If the system needs to be upgraded then open the drawer swap the parts without going through unplugging, re-plugging or assembling, disassembling hassle. If the system needs to be completely repaired then the entire drawer can be taken out just like the way a regular drawer is moved out. The drawer functions same as computer case but it is integrated with the desk.

A method of selective dry etching of N-face (Al,In,Ga)N heterostructures through the incorporation of an etch-stop layer into the structure, and a controlled, highly selective, etch process. Specifically, the method includes: (1) the incorporation of an easily formed, compatible etch-stop layer in the growth of the device structure, (2) the use of a laser-lift off or similar process to decouple the active layer from the original growth substrate, and (3) the achievement of etch selectivity higher than 14:1 on N-face (Al,In,Ga)N.
